MSP Building Contractors
MSP (Building Contractors) is a fast-growing construction company based in the Midlands, with vast experience within both the private and public sectors throughout the UK. They focus primarily on providing their clients with full turnkey solutions to all types of construction projects from start to finish. MSP was looking to brand themselves with something unique and fresh to stand out from their competitors whilst staying professional. They were looking for a modern, strong logo mark with minimal colour to stay traditional and show they are straight to the point. A lot of companies within the construction industry have outdated branding which doesn't appeal to the new generation of homeowners nor does it offer a unique look. To create something that had the brand values flowing throughout we decided a really structured mark was best. Construction consists of mainly geometric shapes and planning e.g. Scaffolding and this influenced the mark further.
The mission of this branding project was to affirm the professionalism of the company whilst also making it easily recognisable and up to date with modern trends. I created a rigid, scaffold structure for the logo mark paired with a bold, san-serif typeface which solidified the modern & structured background of the brand. Pairing these with the dark, deep blues, which developed a strong sense of security and trust, the identity was born.
